Role details

• Location: Espoo, Turku, or Rauma (Flexible hybrid/remote within Finland)

• Tech stack: Azure, AKS, Docker, PowerShell/CLI

• Team: You’ll be part of the larger Platform Services unit, working specifically within a dedicated Cloud Operations team of three

• Focus: Maintaining and scaling cloud infrastructure and automation

About the role

You’ll work in a three-person team alongside our Cloud Architect and Cloud Engineer. Together, you’ll maintain and improve the Azure environments that power our products globally. We are currently scaling our products to support hundreds of concurrent users, and you’ll play a major role in building our automation and IaC practices together with the team.

It’s a role where you get to work closely with your teammates to keep things stable today and performing even better tomorrow.

What you’ll be doing:

• Run our AKS: Your main focus will be on our Azure Kubernetes Service and the surrounding Azure cloud

• Catch issues early: You'll monitor resources and fix things before they ever impact our users

• Automate the “boring” stuff: We want to get rid of manual tasks by using PowerShell and CLI to build smarter workflows

• Make things better: You'll find ways to make our infrastructure more performant and scalable as we grow

• Support the devs: You'll work with our developers to make sure deployments go smoothly and daily operations stay reliable

What you’ll bring to the team

You’ve worked with production-level cloud environments before and feel comfortable solving practical infrastructure challenges. We appreciate it if you’re the type of person who doesn't wait for a ticket to fix something that’s clearly broken, and who enjoys figuring out solutions together with the team.

• You have around 5+ years of hands-on experience within the Azure ecosystem

• You are comfortable working with AKS and Docker

• You have a solid understanding of Azure networking

• You feel at home using PowerShell and CLI to build automation

• You communicate fluently in English – we are a multicultural team of nearly 20 nationalities

It's a plus if you have experience with:

• Databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or Redis

• Observability tools such as Prometheus or Grafana

• AZ-104 or similar certifications

• Knowledge of other cloud platforms, like AWS

• Knowledge of cloud security best practices
