Ilmiö Consulting supports experienced tech freelancers as well as people who are exploring a move into freelancing. We help you find project opportunities that match your skills, goals and life situation.
Ilmiö was founded to make work life better for people. That same idea guides our freelance work too. Most of us are entrepreneurs ourselves, which means the support we offer comes with lived experience of managing your own work, clients and rhythms.
A big part of our work is helping people find freelance projects in software, cloud, data, QA and architecture, whether they already freelance or are moving toward it.
We are based in Helsinki, but we work with freelancers across Finland and the Nordics and help them find project opportunities in companies that value long-term, skilled contributors.
