To fuel our global expansion, we’re seeking a proactive Account Executive who can drive revenue growth by closing new deals and accelerating our presence internationally.

What is the role like?
As an Account Executive, you will step into a pivotal role focused on driving revenue growth globally (Europe, North America, Africa and Asia). You will act as the bridge between our technical excellence and global market opportunities.
This is a role for a builder. You are not just executing a pre-written script; your experience and strategic insight will help shape how we approach new markets. We value your opinion on how to best package and sell our expertise.
You will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from qualifying inbound leads to actively hunting new opportunities and closing deals. You will also manage relationships with large existing customers, identifying how we can expand our footprint and replicate our success with similar players in different markets.
Your key responsibilities:
Global New Business Acquisition: Proactively identifying and approaching new potential clients (e.g., machinery companies, large forest owners or managers) in target markets like North America, LatAm, and Africa.
Strategic Account Expansion: Managing large global accounts with the goal of upselling and cross-selling new services.
Market Replication: Leveraging existing references to penetrate new verticals and territories.
Pipeline Ownership: Taking charge of inbound leads and tenders, ensuring they are qualified professionally and driven to a close.

We hope you have:
Proven B2B Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in prospecting, hunting, and closing new business opportunities.
Industry Background: Experience in SaaS/remote sensing and/or forestry is required. Candidates with two or all three are highly preferred.
Global Mindset: Experience working with customers across different time zones and cultures.
Consultative Approach: Ability to price and sell value, not just features. You can discuss complex concepts without needing to be the technical expert yourself.
Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and contribute to our sales strategy.
Excellent Communication Skills: You present clearly and professionally in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a big plus.

Location: Finland or Sweden. We have offices in Helsinki, Joensuu, and Stockholm, but your physical base is flexible (remote/hybrid).
Travel: This is a global role. You should be ready to travel to meet customers and partners where the business is, whether that's in Europe, the Americas, or Africa. The amount of travel will vary based on business needs.
Salary: Base ~5,000€/month (depending on experience) + Bonus.
