Do you get excited about remote sensing technology and the opportunities it brings? To strengthen our position in the Swedish market, we are now looking for a Technical Sales Manager to take charge of new customer acquisition and sales in the region.

Arbonaut is a leading Finnish geospatial company providing innovative GIS solutions for various uses, such as forestry, environmental monitoring, natural disaster management, and security. Arbonaut has a long history of producing geospatial solutions, particularly for the forest sector.
Arbonaut is part of the Swedish MW Group, which provides services critical to societal functions.
What is the role like?
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will play a central role in accelerating Arbonaut’s growth in the Swedish precision forestry market. Leveraging your forestry and GIS expertise, you will be responsible for creating new business relationships as well as nurturing and expanding existing ones. You will work closely with our technical teams, identifying customer needs and translating them into tailored technical solutions that create concrete value.
You will be part of an international sales team. The most important aspect of this job is the ability to convince both experts and decision-makers at the executive level, combined with a drive to acquire new business.
Your key responsibilities:
Increasing sales in the Swedish market targeting the forest industry, professional forest managers, and large-scale forest owners.
Translating customer needs into solutions together with our technical team.
Monitoring market developments within remote sensing and GIS solutions in Sweden.

We hope you have:
A strong network within the forest industry, research organizations, and other stakeholders regarding remote sensing/GIS.
Sufficient technical background in remote sensing and GIS.
Deep understanding of forestry and timber procurement in Sweden.
Strong commercial ability and drive to reach and exceed sales targets.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
Class B driver’s license.
A growth-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in technical sales.

Location: Sweden – either on-site at MW Group’s office or home office/remote. Since travel is included in the role, you should be ready to travel within Northern Europe depending on business needs.
Salary: 40.000-55.000 SEK/month + bonus based on the experience.
