To support this journey, we are now seeking experienced Senior Data Engineers and Consultants to join our team.

Your role

You’ll be working as a technical consultant in a variety of customer projects where your mission is to deliver comprehensive data solutions that meet each client’s unique needs. While your final responsibilities will align with your core competencies and interests, you’ll work both independently and collaboratively with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Our services focus on project deliveries and advisory services, both of which will be a part of your role in your work.

You'll assist clients with business-critical decisions by collecting, shaping, integrating, and storing data, which will be visualized in accessible, insightful reports and utilized for AI. Projects are often long-term, ranging from a quarter to several years, and involve modern technologies, primarily Microsoft Fabric and Databricks. We mostly work with large, private-sector Finnish companies, often in industries like logistics, manufacturing, and banking.

Ideally, we’re looking for a professional who is willing to do more than just data engineering, someone who understands the big picture. This could mean having a background in Data Governance, Master Data, or Data Architecture, or having an interest in taking on pre-sales or architectural advisory roles in addition to technical hands-on project work.

What We’re Looking For

If you have substantial experience in data fields, you may be the person we're looking for! We are a team of senior professionals, with an average of over 10 years of experience, who value a proactive, self-driven, and independent working style. Along with technical skills, we value a customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal abilities. Additionally, familiarity with managing customer projects and effective communication skills are essential in our daily work.

Your technical toolbox:

• Must-haves:

  • Hands-on experience with Databricks or Microsoft Fabric

  • Good understanding of core data concepts like data warehousing, BI, ETL/ELT, and data lakes.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure OR AWS

• Nice-to-haves:
  • Familiarity with multiple data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., Matillion, Informatica, dbt, Snowflake, Power BI, GCP).
  • Experience with topics like Data Governance, Agents, DataOps, or Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
  • Understanding of operational systems such as SAP, D365, Salesforce

• Language skills: Full professional proficiency in English is a must. Finnish language skills are a significant plus, as most of our clients are based in Finland.

• Compensation models: We offer two different salary models from which you can choose more suitable for you: A fixed salary ranging from 5000€ - 6800€ or billing-based model with lower fixed amount and higher top-end. Our compensation also includes other individual short-term incentives such as sales and certification bonuses.
