We’re looking for a D365 Technical Project Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects in complex manufacturing environments. In this role, you’ll combine project leadership with technical expertise and play a key part in critical cut-over activities during go-lives.

Your role at adesso

You’ll lead Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects end-to-end, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners. You’ll ensure that system capabilities match operational needs in manufacturing environments, oversee integrations and migrations, and play a central role in planning and executing cut-over activities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead project planning, implementation and roll-out of D365 FO (modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Asset Management)

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners

• Manage system architecture, integrations, data migration and security configurations

• Oversee project timelines, budgets and resource allocation across multiple sites

• Plan and execute communication, change management and training activities

• Plan and manage cut-over activities during go-live

• Coordinate post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives

What makes you a good match

You’ll succeed here if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in ERP project management, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO

• Understanding of D365 architecture, APIs, data models and integrations

• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)

• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills

• Comfortable working in Finnish with clients, and using English with international colleagues

• Experience in manufacturing environments (discrete or process industries) is a plus
