We're looking for a hands-on SAP Solution Architect with a solid technical background and broad understanding of the SAP ecosystem. In this role, you'll help shape our SAP capabilities in Finland and work together with our strong SAP team in Germany on local and European client projects.

What kind of role is this?

We're looking for a SAP Solution Architect to join our growing team in Finland. This is a new role, and a key opportunity to lay the foundation for adesso’s local SAP presence.

You'll work closely with our clients and with our experienced SAP colleagues in Germany, where adesso is a long-standing SAP partner. The role offers the best of both worlds: you’ll be part of a small, agile team in Finland while also having access to the resources, tools, and project opportunities of one of Europe’s most respected SAP consulting practices.

You’ll take part in presales, lead architectural design, and contribute to the delivery in client projects whether those are local engagements or joint international initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

•  Work as a Solution Architect in SAP client projects in Finland and across Europe

• Support sales by assessing client needs and shaping suitable solution proposals

• Take part in discovery and delivery – from technical analysis to implementation

• Collaborate with both our Finnish team and the wider SAP community within adesso

• Help define our local SAP offering and contribute to growing the practice

What makes you a good match?

We’re not looking for one specific SAP module or profile. Instead, we value broad understanding of the SAP ecosystem, strong technical capabilities, and the ability to move confidently between architectural thinking and hands-on delivery.

You might have worked in architecture, integrations, implementations or cloud transformation projects, and you're curious about where SAP is heading next.

We think you’ll do well here if you:

• Have broad experience with SAP solutions and technologies across different areas

• Have a strong technical foundation and enjoy working hands-on with implementations

• Have worked on modern SAP transformation projects such as S/4HANA cloud migrations, SAP BTP development, or initiatives involving SAP Grow or RISE with SAP

• Understand both traditional and agile delivery models (e.g. Scrum)

• Are comfortable facilitating discussions with clients and internal teams

• Speak Finnish and English fluently, German is a plus

• Are open to some travel in Finland and Europe

• Have a collaborative mindset and enjoy sharing knowledge with others
