What is this role like?

As a D365 Consultant, you'll work on implementing and developing Dynamics 365 solutions that help our customers succeed. Whether your strength is in functional consulting or technical development, we can shape the role to match your expertise. You'll be part of our Cloud & AI consulting team, where we solve complex business challenges with modern technology.

Key responsibilities (varying based on your focus):

For technical focus:

• Developing custom solutions and extensions within D365 CRM environment

• Building integrations between D365 and other systems

• Providing technical troubleshooting and support

• Ensuring solution performance and scalability

• Collaborating with functional consultants to implement technical solutions

For functional focus:

• Configuring and customizing D365 modules to match business requirements

• Working directly with customers to understand their processes

• Providing guidance on D365 best practices

• Ensuring successful solution adoption

What we're looking for:

We're looking for D365 professional who bring a few years of hands-on experience to our team. While technical skills matter, we value your willingness to learn and tackle new challenges even more. You'll be working closely with customers and colleagues, so clear communication is key to success in this role.

• Experience with D365 applications
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver robust solutions
• Fluent in Finnish and English
• Background in either:
• Development experience with D365, plug-ins, C#/.NET and Power Platform, OR
• Expertise in D365 configuration, business process flows, and solution design

Technologies you'll work with:

• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
