We are looking for a new Senior Full Stack Developer at Modirum Platforms to join our development team on-site in Espoo, where we create and maintain modern, secure software solutions for global clients.

At Modirum Platforms, you'll work with a team of 14 in our unit, supported by our parent company of 250 employees.

What is this role like?

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the development and maintenance of our M COREMOTE products (which are in the OSS and BSS critical communication domain). In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable web applications that provide seamless and secure user experiences. Your main tasks will include implementing responsive interfaces, managing data storage and application deployment, and collaborating with teams to enhance development practices. This role will also give you opportunities to apply your expertise in modern frameworks and industry trends, positioning you for future growth.

This position is designed to evolve into an Architect role within 6-12 months, providing an exciting pathway for you to lead technical strategy and drive architectural decisions for our platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using JavaScript and TypeScript
• Implementing responsive user interfaces and enhancing overall user experience
• Using Docker for containerization of applications and deployment processes
• Managing data storage with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Collaborating with team members using GitLab for version control and project management
• Participating in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives using Jira
• Troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction

To Succeed in this role you need:

• Full-stack development proficiency: Extensive experience in full-stack development, especially with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks
• Technical skills: Knowledge of Docker, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and GitLab for seamless deployment, data management, version control, Machine Learning, AI
• Bonus skills: Familiarity with Java, SpringBoot, Python
• Excellent English for clear communication and effective teamwork
• Familiarity with Agile and SDLC processes
